Processing takes up to 7-10 business days, not including the day you ordered. Sometimes sooner. This process can take up to one week!
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving a tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping with USPS. All packages will require a signature upon delivery.
In the event your package is lost or stolen, you are responsible for contacting the courier to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen as well as addresses that are incorrect. You must direct all communication to the shipping courier for any further help.
All sales are final and there no do refunds or exchanges. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control please contact USPS for further details once you receive tracking number.
