CALENDAR
The calendar opens one month at a time.
The calendar will open each month on the 20th at 12pm
A non-refundable and non-transferable $25 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service total. Once you book your services online and pay booking fee. It’s non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your own appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior, you will be considered as an no call no show.
No show appointments will subject to a penalty charge of full service price to the credit card on file.
TIME MANAGEMENT
If you are running behind please reach out to me BEFORE your appointment time not during. 10 minutes late is $15 late fee anything past 15 your appointment will be cancelled.
Please do not book your appointment on a day a time sensitive day for you. Being rushed will not be tolerated.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Please bring remaining balance in cash!
I do not accept credit cards, debit cards, cash app or any form of payment in person.
Please make time to go to the ATM before your appointment time.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Please read each tab to be ready for your hair appointment.
NATURAL HAIR PREP
Please come tangle free and ready to be braided. You may bring an oil of your choice to be applied to your scalp after braid down. Yes, you may come with your hair already braided as long as they’re still in good shape. I do not braid dirty hair.
APPOINTMENT PREP
Please add on any extra styling If needed when booking your appointment. You may or may not be able to add extra styling same day depending on how tight my day is. Adding it while booking guarantees your extra styling.
If you would like your curls pinned, please bring your own pins. I will not provide pins!

HAIR REQUIREMENTS
Please bring HD lace and or thin/transparent lace only. I do not work with dark lace or thin wigs! Wig must have small knots, not a full thick hairline any service including any sort of lace is required to be dropped off 1-2 days prior to your appointment no exceptions
